Prices & plans.
Starting prices include VAT. Your final household service fee is quoted for the agreed portions, menu and scope. Groceries are separate.
- Standard week
- From 6,000 DKKPer week, VAT included. Weekly household meal prep from 6,000 DKK including VAT, with seven meals prepared across two cooking sessions. This is a starting service fee, not a per-person rate. Household portions and the final service scope are agreed in a written quote; groceries are extra.
- First trial week
- From 5,400 DKK10% off the quoted standard chef service fee. Starting amount based on the minimum weekly fee.
- Second trial week
- From 3,000 DKK50% off the quoted standard chef service fee. Starting amount based on the minimum weekly fee.
- Both trial weeks
- From 8,400 DKK totalA 2-week household package: 14 meals and 4 cooking sessions. Starting price, not a per-person rate. VAT included. Groceries and extras separately. Discounts do not stack. Trial eligibility, final quote and dates must be confirmed before booking.
- Private dining
- Individual quoteMenu, chef work, coordination, ingredients and extras are confirmed in the written proposal.
- Recurring chef visits

Household portions use the same menu and are agreed in your final quote. The starting weekly service fee is not charged per person.

Nordic works with nutritionists and dietitians as advisers to review your current diet or existing nutrition plan, discuss your preferences and goals, and help guide your menus. Your chef turns the agreed guidance into practical meals.

Advisory scope, consultations and any additional fee are agreed separately before booking. A personalised consultation is not automatically included in the standard cooking fee. The public recipe demo is not an individual nutritional assessment.

Scope, location & groceries
- Booking
- An enquiry or a demo selection is not a booking. Chef availability, scope, schedule and a written proposal must be confirmed before booking. No payment is taken on this website.

- Client home, by agreement

- Time & scope
- Planning, shopping, cooking, clean-down and any travel are scoped in each written proposal. No universal maximum duration is published.
- Groceries
- Groceries are charged separately from the published meal-prep service fee.
- Delivery & transport
- Cooking location and any collection, delivery or transport are agreed and quoted before booking. Seven meals do not mean seven physical deliveries. No 24-hour delivery promise.
Payment, cancellation & platform terms
- Cancellation & payment
- Confirm before acceptingCancellation, rescheduling and payment terms must be provided in the written proposal before acceptance. No fixed public cancellation or refund policy is published here.
- Platform bookings
- Bookings made through a third-party platform are also subject to that platform’s terms.
Dietary requirements, storage & exclusions
- Allergies
- Discuss allergies and dietary requirements directly with Nordic before booking. Do not put medical information into the public demo. No allergen-free guarantee is made.
- Storage
- Cooking dates, suitable dishes, storage and reheating are agreed before service. Later portions may need prompt freezing; the demo does not promise seven days of refrigerator storage.
